Commercial Insurance Coverage.
We understand that the costs associated with weight loss surgery can be expensive. We accept most major commercial insurance carriers, including Medicaid and Medicare.
Prior to having your insurance company pay for the bariatric procedure, you may have to complete the following criteria:

If your insurance company requires you to have a referral prior to seeing our physicians, it is your responsibility to obtain this referral prior to your first visit.

When you request an appointment with our program, our clinical care team will gather your insurance information and give your insurance company a call to find out your specific bariatric insurance coverage and benefits.
Your clinical navigator will then provide you with all the information you need to make an informed financial decision, as well as provide you with self pay and financing options if requested.
